INTEGRATING TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION INTO FOOTWEAR BRANDING

1.
SUSTAINABLE MANUFACTURING: {POLYMORPHIC} TECHNOLOGY
Communicating the purpose of a revolutionary new tech concept in footwear manufacturing to the consumer by integrating 'Polymorphic' technology into the Fyous re-brand - without compromising it's in-house secret process...

"Powered by Polymorphic moulding, we’re committed to innovating new avenues of sustainable practice by implementing them with our custom-fit footwear. Our unique combination of technology tackles overproduction, material waste and the environmental and social cost of mass-manufacturing: undeniable problems existing within our industry. That’s why we make locally, on-demand, and hold zero stock.
Our scan-to-fit footwear ensures a perfect first-time fit for all-seasons, reducing our carbon footprint by minimising returns and eliminating the need to order from us twice."

MEDTECH: 3D SCANNING AID TECHNOLOGY & APP
"The Fyous custom-fit process is a delicate combination of mechanical, mechatronic, and chemical engineering – and of course, the intricate craft of shoemaking. First, they utilise their Scanning Aid technology to deliver a 360° scan of the client's feet. In Spring 2022, the company launched their very own accessible 3D scanning app for the iPhone, so this could be achievable at home. This data is then translated into a 3D digital last with a unique measuring system, which forms the basis for creating a pair of minimalist, bespoke trainers that aim to work with the client’s natural biomechanics, just as an orthopaedic shoemaker would with a physical last. The data also helps to achieve the shoe’s highly adaptive, distinctive midsole, thanks to their Polymorphic Moulding technology."
